Free Canadian Shipping Over $99
We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $99 CAD. Experience our premium maple syrups, candies, and artisanal treats with the confidence that every item arrives in perfect condition.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
All orders ship via UPS with real-time tracking. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Canadian Orders
- FREE Standard Shipping (2–9 business days): Automatically applied at checkout for orders over $99 CAD
- Standard Shipping (2–9 business days): $19.99 (for orders under $99 CAD)
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $39.99
- Excluded provinces: Northwest Territories (NT), Yukon (YK), and Nunavut (NU) due to extreme weather risks.
United States Orders
- Standard Shipping (4–9 business days): $29.99
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $49.99
- Excluded regions: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Marshall Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and US military bases.
- Gift Sets and Home Sets cannot ship to the US due to customs regulations on bundled goods.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST ship within 1–3 business days. Delays during holidays or promotions will be communicated via email within 24 hours.
Remote Area Surcharges
UPS may apply additional fees for addresses in remote locations. We will contact you with a custom quote for approval before processing your order.
Quality Assurance
Your maple treasures are protected throughout their journey with:
- Secure shipping boxes with heavy-duty tape to prevent tampering during transit
- Seasonal protection for chocolate products (June-August only) with ice packs and insulated cooler bags
- Eco-friendly recycled paper padding from Canadian suppliers to cushion your products
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or returns caused by:
- Incorrect addresses or phone numbers
- Customs delays (US orders)
Should a shipment be designated Return-to-Sender due to address inaccuracies, a $25 restocking fee plus return shipping costs will be automatically charged to your original payment method.
Return Policy
- Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- For change-of-mind returns, a $25 restocking fee plus return shipping costs will be charged to your original payment method
- For defective products or shipping errors, return shipping is covered by Maple Terroir

International Customers
While we do not ship outside North America directly, international customers can use third-party forwarding services like Ship by Mail. Here's how:
